1. The short version
The Krateva protocol is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. We make two exceptions, and EU/UK customers have additional rights described below.
2. Why we don't offer general refunds
The Krateva protocol is delivered the moment you complete checkout — to the thank-you page and your inbox. Once delivered, the protocol cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense. For this reason, like most digital products, Krateva does not offer general refunds based on change of mind.

3. When we will refund you
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
Technical delivery failure
If we are unable to deliver the protocol to you within 7 days of purchase despite reasonable troubleshooting attempts (checking spam folders, re-sending to alternate email addresses, etc.), we will refund you in full.
Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same protocol twice — for example, due to a payment processing glitch or an accidental double-click — contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate.
4. EU and UK customers — your 14-day withdrawal right
Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason.
For digital products like the Krateva protocol, this right is waived when: - You give your express consent to begin delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and - You acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right to withdraw
At checkout, you are presented with a checkbox that reads:
"I want immediate access to the Krateva protocol and I understand that by ticking this box I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law."
By ticking that box, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your withdrawal right. If you do not tick the box, your purchase will not complete and the protocol will not be delivered until you do.
If you are an EU or UK customer who proceeded without ticking the waiver (which our checkout does not currently permit, but in the unlikely event of a system error), you retain your 14-day withdrawal right and can request a refund by emailing support@krateva.com within 14 days of purchase.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 or Section 4, email support@krateva.com with:
- Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval (depending on your bank or card issuer).
6. Paddle's role
The Krateva protocol is sold through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, collects any applicable taxes, and issues your receipt.
If you contact Paddle directly about a refund (rather than emailing us first), Paddle has its own customer-protection policies. In some cases — particularly for fraud, unauthorized transactions, or if you cannot reach us — Paddle may issue a refund under its own policies regardless of this Refund Policy.
We strongly prefer that you contact us at support@krateva.com first so we can resolve the issue directly. We respond quickly and will issue a refund whenever this policy entitles you to one.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and your acceptance of these terms
- Suspend your access to any Krateva services
- Block future purchases from your payment method
We are reasonable people. If something is wrong, email us — we'll fix it faster than your bank can.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated date — your existing purchase is governed by the policy in effect when you bought.
